Title: Rec Tec Greek Chicken
Post by: cybermoser on April 21, 2017, 08:28:22 PM
Well.  The new Rec Tec performs again.   This time was Greek chicken.  Awesome taste.  Started by spatchcocking the chicken.  Then marinade with Greek salad dressing for 1 hr.  Next add some Kickin Chicken rub.  Place on Rec Tec for 2 hours at 350 degrees till internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.

Add some potatoes Au Gratin on grill.  Serve hot and enjoy.

Sounds and looks delicious. Nothing quite like pellet grill. Did you make the dressing or use a bottled one?
