Title: Rec Tec Pulled Pork Low and Slow

So,  one of the last big Bar-B-Q for me to try on my new Rec Tec RT-680 was pulled pork.... so what to do?   Invite the friends over for another dinner.  I started with this recipe.

Started at 430 AM.

Love the light inside the Rec Tec.

8.5 hours into smoke.

Finished product 14 hrs later was delicious.

Yes.   This grill is amazing.   The PID controller is great.
