Well the old mule rolled in yesterday (a day early) and delivered my SnS.
Nice well made product. I really like the water tray. Adds moisture and separates the hot side. I decided to break it in with Conecuh sausage, Hall's Red Hots and veggies.
I will be keeping this busy for sure.

Conecuh is good stuff. There is another South Alabama sausage called Kelly's which is my wife's favorite. It is hard to find though so when we do we stick the freezer.
