The wife braught home this hunk of meat and said they called it a T-Bone roast, I sais Ok ??? Anyway she cooked it up and it was Awesome.

Nice plate. I love Yorkshire pudding. I make them in a hot popover pan, helps with the spring.

thats why I tried to disguise the pea flavor with them bottled bacon bits :)
