Went to Sam's club, was walking by the meat section when my eye caught an error.....they priced rack of lamb at leg of lamb. That's like 50% discount. I hit the brakes on my cart, picked up 3 packs....

That should work just fine. 225 take em to 131 and assault them into submission over a HOT fire!

Reduced some balsamic vinegar and red wine. Then topped off with my homemade beef bone broth. Full of gelatin
