One of my favorite items that I order every time I stop by at my local Korean bbq joints are the kalbi beef ribs.. Decided to grill some up on my Santa Maria grill over the weekend, and boy they were delicious.. If I were given a blind taste test with the ones I made , and a restaurant's, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I would be willing to bet yours are BETTER than the restaurant. Nice cook - looks outstanding.
