Title: Thick Cut Bone In Pork Chops

Picked up a couple of Niman Ranch Pork Chops.

Seasoned up with Big Dick's Big Kahuna. Put on the Davy Crockett at 225.

While the chops were getting a nice smoke I grilled up some Brussels sprouts with chorizo.

Finished off the chops on the grill.
