I never get tired of grilling and devouring scrumptious medium-rare New York Strip Steaks cooked on my MAK 2 Star! Even though beautiful cross grill marks do not affect the taste of the steaks they certainly make them that much more appealing ...

hard to beat a good steak and those look great.
