My name is Luis and I´m from Mexico. I´m an avid backyard bbq aficionado. I have a weber performer and recently just bought the Pit Barrel Cooker (haven´t cooked on it yet). I follow multiple bbq chanels on You Tube and Instagram, bought me some grilling/smoking books etc. and I want to learn as much as I can, hopefully with your help! I have a personal Instagram account as alfagrillmx if you want to check out some pics of what I´ve cooked.
