Title: Hanging Short ribs

Is it possible to hang short ribs on the pbc?

I honestly wouldn't see the benefit. The only things that I seem to hang are ribs and chickens. Short ribs I've always put on the grate

The grate sits in the "sweet spot" where the hung food would be. You might have to turn them once but you will be in good shape on the grate.

I use the grate more than I use the hooks it seems............I am an old UDS user so old habits never die.......

I made beef ribs yesterday! Man, were they amazing! I wish I took a picture but everyone was hungry so they tore them up! But I ended up hanging them. I drilled a hole through the bone and placed the hook through it.
