After Wednesday's storm passed through we have had unseasonably cold weather. It's 58F outside now! Yesterday was no different, so Mrs H made a big kettle of her Creamy Kale, Potato & Leek Soup and my job was to make some sourdough 3-whole grain flatbread on the pellet grill. I already had it chugging away to make our weekly roasted peppers. I got to use my new Emile Henry stone too! Everything was finished about the same time. And man'o man was it ever good on a chilly night with a glass of zinfandel!
Cheers!
