Flaming oysters at The Bluegill Restaurant on the causeway near Mobile Al.   They top these with butter, herbs and parmesan  and cook them over open flames.

And these are nude with horseradish and cocktail sauce.
The oysters we're getting  are awesome right now.
Now we did get an appetizer of crab stuffed jalapenos that sort of looked like could have been air fried. If your into that sort of thing. But they weren't...

Oh My! I'd eat those and a couple dozen more with a few cold beverages. I am thinking road trip.

Ill take the "nude" ones  - Love me some raw oysters! Raw or deep fried is the only way for me

And thank God not "air fried" I am still trying to figure out how you can "fry" anything with air.

The same way you "fry" a turkey in an SRG or Big Easy... ;)  These air fryers work a lot like  the Electric Big Easy, but are enclosed and do a really good job for some things. Not oysters tho.... :D 8)

My Big Easy doesn't "fry" a turkey, I don't care what they call it. It does roast a damn good one and makes the best Prime Rib roasts I have ever in my life anf the best Birmingham Wings I have ever had.

Terry, I remember you and your son making some oysters like that in Augusta several years ago and I also remember that they were gone as soon as they left the grill. I need to pull up that video. Oyster grilling starts at 23:42.
