Kimmie has been looking on line for new ideas as far as low carb and found this recipe. It was a Philly Bake Nachos but we removed the chips to save on carbs.
Real recipe shows over 21 carbs per serving but with the chips removed it comes down to about 9 carbs per serving
Recipe....
1 Red Bell Pepper \
1 Green Bell Pepper / Sliced thin
1 Large Onion (thinly sliced)
1 Lb thin sliced steak
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
3 cups mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir fry the Onion and peppers till tender then move aside, add beef and stir fry it done then move the veggies back on top of meat and add Italian seasoning and cook another 5 mins
Place mixture into a dish and top with cheese bake 375 for 15 mins or until golden brown

Looks good, I'll take it on a roll however! Craving a cheesesteak now, I might have to make a trip to my spot on 23rd and passyunk

Looks great! I will guess that most of the carbs come from the sugars in the onions/peppers.....But it looks really tasty to me.

Used to walk down there from from our (row)house on Lambert St.
Tommy, I like the looks of that just as it is, but would also serve it with some rigatoni (instead of nachos) for those of who are carb friendly.

Tommy, that looks fabulous! What a great idea.
You could put some of that in a low-carb wrap and still be good!
