Glad to see you enjoying your newfound toy, Jack! You ought to be able to really sling some hash now.

Jaxon, that is one great cook. It made me hungry throughout the entire video. I bet it really tasted good. You operated that Rhino like a pro. I'm impressed. Great video. Keep 'em coming.

Jack you got to do more videos this was outstanding as I am sure the meal was. But what really got me was the corn chips with the sandwich lol

Corn chips by request from the queen of the house...
Part of that "happy wife" thing

Nicely done Jax. Better than the one I paid for today while out and about.

... Better than the one I paid for today ...
Oh you can bet he paid for it (but at least he doesn't have to pay as much for it every time).
Note for tee - Take your Aggie mind out of the gutter.

Having trouble trying to figure out what a steak and cheese is... up here in the cheese steak capital. Kidding, it looks pretty darn good.
In the video you said you weren't sure what you were doing, I would make one suggestion if you wanted more color on the meat. Put it on and don't touch it for a while, if shredded like you used. Think of it like a smash burger untouched and you let it ride for a couple of minutes to get that char and crunchy side. Add a little pickled cherry peppers uuummmmmmm. I have a craving for one now, good thing there are place open 24/7 that I can get one for breakfast if I so choose.

Thanks for the tip...I'll do it like that next time. We really like these sandwiches.
