Last night I got to thinking "What else can I make with the Lavish Bread"?
So I got to looking into different things and one thing that kept popping in my head was ravioli.
Now I know that ravioli is made from raw dough then cooked by boiling in water till done but any dough I've tried is not low carb and low carb is
what I'm shooting for.
So, here is my first try at this "Low Carb" Ravioli but these could be used for fried won tong as well with spice added
I used egg as a binder to hold the edges together and baked them for this first try.

Oh, sorry It was good. If i had sauce I would have had it poured on but I didn’t have any ready at the time. The egg sealed the edges well and this gives me all kinda possibilities with it so I will be using different versions of these to make many different dishes

Never tried Lavash bread. What does it's taste compared to? Sure looks good.

Hard to say what it's like other than a thin bread with a little bit of texture .
As for taste? With nothing on it very plane but adding things works great!
