Title: Lingcod fish and chips in the Instant Air Fryer
Post by: zueth on April 25, 2021, 11:56:08 PM
First time doing fish and chips in air fryer, they turned out great.
Tater Tots for 15 minutes @ 400. Fish was flour, egg wash, and panko.
6 minutes for the fish @ 400, I sprayed the fish with olive oil sprayer.

I love me some fish and chips, but prefer cocktail sauce if you want to plate me

It was homemade tartar sauce for fish and uncle Dan’s ranch for the tater tots.
Only thing I use cocktail sauce on is fried razor clams.
