Hey all, I am a new member from western NC
I am just getting into smoking, and am using a 30 gal drum smoker
I am finding smoking to be both fun and addictive (and so is the finished product) :D
Well I just put an apple juice injected, swine and bovine (savor spices) rubbed 8.5lb Boston butt in, and I am gonna go back to it

Since this was ready for eating on Saturday and the forum brought to my attention it was international bacon day

then i took the bacon and the pulled pork and made a bacon and BBQ sandwich with a spicy BBQ sauce
sorry for not taking a picture of the sandwich but i was too hungry and it was too good, up too the last bite, when disappointment about needing to make another sandwich kicks in and the cycle continues
oh and sorry if the cellphone pics arent the best
