Title: Great spatchlur (can't spell it but y'all know what it is)
Post by: deestafford on November 21, 2013, 10:48:05 AM: For a long time I've wanted to buy one of those long, curved, spatchlurs used mainly for fish. Well, a few weeks ago I finally got one and like most of my procrastination I should have acted sooner. Not only is it great for fish. It's great for cookies and other meats as well. If y'all ain't got one of these get one. I use it more than any of my others.

They handed these out to us a couple of years ago at the Fall Gathering in Augusta. I still have mine. It doubles as a satellite antenna when my main unit goes out…. :D :D :D

Yes, we sell those at at Academy. I they are great to use when you are cooking whole hogs and need to turn them over.
