Hello Everyone.  I'm Rick.  I'm relatively new to smoking and just joined the site recently.  Picked up a Traeger jr. about 6 or 7 months ago.  I guess that's were my addiction started.  I've been smoking regularly a few times a week and recently upgraded to a Dream Werks 1600 smoker.  Really loving it so far.  I've always enjoyed grilling for family, friends, and neighbors on my gasser, but this is a whole different ballgame.  Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and info here, and sharing for others.

This is not the insulated model.  Couldn't get that much coin from the wife for that unit.  I have been very pleased with it though.  I'm actually about to order a Tillman welding blanket for the cold night smokes. Well, I should say cool night smokes.  Compared to Canada, we don't get cold. ;)
