Title: first cook going great
Post by: jkbird59 on May 25, 2014, 12:41:51 PM: Hello fellow PBC fans. I decided to dive right in with a 8.5 lbs boston butt.I followed the video and everything is humming along. The only variation is i am not going to wrap.The temp is holding steady at 250.Yes i know we do not have to worry about temps but i could not resist lol.
