Title: first cook going great
Post by: jkbird59 on May 25, 2014, 12:41:51 PM
Hello fellow PBC fans. I decided to dive right in with a 8.5 lbs boston butt.I followed the video and everything is humming along. The only variation is i am not going to wrap. The temp is holding steady at 250.Yes i know we do not have to worry about temps but i could not resist lol.

Remember, the cook never happened if there are no pictures/video to accompany a write-up.  No UNICORN cooks on LTBBQ!!

Art

Seriously, we all love to see what you have cooked.  We learn something new all the time from write-ups and pictures.

Don't be intimidated by the geezers...

You can cook, post, and be happy without the pics.

Just sayin'...
