The Pit Pirate on Travel Channel tonight (maybe)
« Reply #-1 on: July 09, 2014, 07:42:27 PM »
It has been rumored that Mike Hedrick "The Pit Pirate" will be on American Grilled on the Travel Channel at 9 EST. Can't find out any more info to verify this, but I know one of the contestants is named Mike so check it out. Also, on the Travel Channel tonight at 10:00 and 10:30 EST, DivaQ does the show "BBQ Crawl" where she is in Texas and goes to Lockhart and visits Smitty's, Blacks, and Kreuz Market in the 10:30 show. I hope this info is correct. If it isn't, I heard it from Jaxon.

There he is...

I am not a fan of the "timed" shows. I want to see what a good cook can do - don't care how long it takes. The artificial pressure does nothing for me.

But, it will be fun to watch Pirate Mike!

I would like to see him on LTBBQ more often. We seem to only hear from him when he has an event and he wants to advertise it....

Thanks guys!

I'm busier than a One Legged BBQ man these days and sorry Tsquare about not posting much and only about events.

The show was lots of fun and I would have liked to moved on but it is what it is and I lost. The production folks said I did an amazing job and hoped to work with me again in the future. If not as a contestant than as a Host or Judge. That would be fun.

I got Extra Credit from my Wife when she heard me say "like my SMOKE'N Hot Wife". Lol

Was gonna post but it would have been about an Event Bristol I will be at and Awards of Back to Back Championships of Best BBQ in Northern Virginia. Lol oh well

Thanks again guys!
Rock on!
