a very good friend of mine send me this.



i asked him what he puts in on?  he only said one word.  "butts".  okie dokie. 

da players.



pretty.



onto #336 for 2 hours of smoke then 250° for the ride.  look at that color.  nice.



i love #336.  mak set to smoke.  he he he.....



looking good little buddy.



once it hit 200° or so i pulled it.  i mixed some bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar and some of the kids beer.  poured over butt and wrapped up.  oh, yummy. 



all pulled up.  really good flavor.



well, time for some goodness.

i know your suppose to use cole slaw.  i didn't have any.  i'm a simple man.  bun, butt, sauce and tiki punch.  a great meal.  oh, i had 3 of them.

Nice!  Don't ever think I tried Starnes sauce before.



    Wished I could use molasses in infrared  :-[  but if I tried it, it would look like a burnt bowling ball.    When I get my bradley up and going again I'll try this

Yes they are. Just like mustardy, and mayonnaisy ;D :o
