My friends asked why I don't want to go to the rib fest. I said my ribs are way better than those and I don't have to stand in line the have some.  :D :D :D

I agree.  your ribs are 10 times better than anything you could buy at the rib festival.  I'd go to you your house any time.  i'll bring the FT buddy.

 I went to one near St Catherines Ontario and out of 30 pitmasters only 3 were from Canada. I don't know why bbq smoking is not bigger here. You had to stand in a 30 minute line for ribs, then again for beer. Wasn't a pleasant experience.
 I like at home where I cook the ribs and the wife brings the beer. A match made in heaven.
