ribs for a office party
« Reply #-1 on: July 04, 2012, 01:20:38 AM »
well, remember awhile back where i cooked for the ladies of my dentist office.  well, i got a job from that.  actually i got 3 jobs.  and it goes like this.

six racks.

swine/bovine top left 2 racks, soileau's & chili oil on top right 2 racks and maynard's bottom front 2 racks.

2 hours in.  time for some FL.  break out my special NC honey.

looking good.  look how well the top and bottom ribs look.  very even cooking w/ the new flame zone.

set point.

real temps.

coming out of FL.

the sauces i using on the other 4 racks.  two of my favorite sauces ever.

every rack after it was cut up got a dusty if happy ending.

packed up and ready to go.

.

thanks for looking.

not really.  if i like ya and i need some spending money i'll cook for ya.  i'm saving for a kayak.  the stand up paddle boards i'm not interested in.  to much work.  i like sitting and plus a kayak has a FT holder on them.    :P

How you pricing them? I know a guy in Michigan that charges $20 per rack, customers cry about the price being to high but are still ordering from him.

I agree, gotta charge at least that... Could have more FT's if the customer would pick up the ribs instead of delivery!

Whatever you charge Sparky - I  bet it is more than fair - those ribs look "food-gasmic" ;D
