Porkchops, Fried Potatoes and Applesauce
« Reply #14 on: December 10, 2014, 12:39:04 PM »

Looks great Don! I was looking at a 12" Lodge cast Iron pan yesterday at the mall while Christmas shopping. It was priced at 85 bucks.. is that a good deal? I have not done much research on them yet.
Scally I would go with the Lodge carbon steel skillet, it's not as deep as their cast iron but a lot lighter to use and cooks the same and cleans the same. I have a 10 and a 12 inch one and they are my everyday skillets. Don

I knew nothing about there carbon steel pans. Gonna have to educate myself. Thanks SD
