These are all the rage on the Bullet forum.
Pork steaks are a Pork Butt sliced into 1 inch thick slices.
Seasoned them with Penzeys BBQ3000 and onto the Smokey Mountain at 250 with Hickory and Black Cherry for smoke
After 2.5 hours they are ready for the grill. Internal was about 160
Gettin Old Red ready for the first of many retro cooks to come
Sauced em and kept flipping em
Plated with some zucchini from the Victory garden. Had a crispy bark and moist and tender in the middle...these are a keeper!!
