I have been on the Weber site since I have returned to Weber gettin to see how they do things on their Kettles.. Good Ole Lost Arrow sent me a PM sayin he was glad I was still postin here.

That PM Lost Arrow sent me is just one of the many reasons why I would never leave this forum and go anywhere else full time. This is our home!!

You are all my brothers and sisters and I love the time I spend with all of you and I want my good buddy Lost Arrow and all of you to know just how much I appreciate all of you and this forum..............Ok Smoochy, you can show them but you can't give everyone a bottle, they know you love them too!!

LTBBQ is purpose driven to be open to ALL forms of cooking without prejudice. After all - think of the things we have all learned from someone that is NOT using the same kind of equipment that you or I !

Thanks for the votes of confidence guys. All we need to do now is keep spreading the word.

Sorry to hear that Muebe, but some sites are just full of (well I ain't gonna get in the gutter)   fools who think they know it all and only way to cook something is their way. Been there, done that and left a few sites and had a few fights over that way of thinking.

This site lets folks be who they are and that's the way it should be.  Besides I'm so outside the box most of the time there are few sites that will let me in ;) ;)

I'm glad Smoochy and Smoke ain't going nowhere

Be nice to me, Tommy.  I'm old and I do know it all (well, at least some of it all and I can spell most of the rest).

Tommy I have been on sites like that also. For one thing I thought to have decent ribs you had to use a smoker and go low and slow for at least four and a half hours. When my little smoker was broke I found a video on youtube where BBQ Pitboys did a 2 hour rib cook on a Weber kettle. Well I don't have a Weber kettle anymore either so I took their method and modified it to use on my gas grill. Now I can turn out some good qualtity ribs in 2 hours.

Turtle, I used to know it all, but have forgotten most of it.

Was not talking about you, but bet you know who.   :)  You are like an uncle that keeps me on the right path  ;)   weather I want to hear it or not.  Besides, it's fun when you say it shouldn't be done and I do it.  8)

As for Smoke and Smoochy,   you two are becoming a big part of my forum family (as with eveyone here) so don't ever leave.
