I have some pork butt wrapped in plastic,with some rub that smokeasaurus gave me, getting ready for my first china box cook tomorrow

I've been curious about the Caja China for some time.  I've watched all the videos on their website as well as a bunch on youtube.  It seems like a fun little cooker.

Well I did not turn out for me  >:( I made many mistakes, kept peeking at it, not enough charcoal, etc. I was reading a couple of directions on this thing and I blew it! I will try again it was getting late and I needed to get some sleep for Tuesday's work day, my pork butt just would not go past 160'

I haven't found one on Craigslist yet.  You know me, I like a bargain. 

I'd like to do a whole hog on one, but my wife won't let me cook anything that looks the same as it did when it was alive.

Yes it was, I am pretty sure I messed up each step :'( I will try it again I won't be beaten by a box!
I wanted to tell everyone this was the best pulled pork ever, that was my biggest mistake ;D

Other than the peeking it sounds like your Butt went into a stall and you was trying to rush things.
