OK. I've been registered for some time on this forum, but just now getting around to doing an introduction. Right now I'm involved with the Pit Barrel Cooker that I've had for a couple of years. I readily admit that I've "picked up" some very good tips here, and hope that I can contribute as well. I'm a senior citizen to put it politely, and consider myself a casual cooker. My wife and I live in West Texas where winter and spring bring wind and blowing dirt.
