Looks like a cool tool for adding lotsa smoke.That tube is attached to a blower of some kind?It looks like you have some hot chips in the bottom and the air is drawn in thru the small vent, keeping the fire going as it goes thru the chips.That could work in my Masterbuilt smoker for hot or cold smoking. Very nice.
What is the attached tube for?

Great insurance against the fire going out.I think Jack is referring to the longer, thinner tube - not the tube the smoke is exiting through. I assumed it was to provide some sort of airflow (like the Smoke Daddy) as well. Looking forward to Ahron's details and experiences.
