Monday Night Comfort Food
« Reply #-1 on: December 21, 2015, 07:43:25 PM »
Tonight's dinner is meatloaf, baked potatoes and fresh green beans.

Meatloaf was put together by my wife and I am still trying to get the recipe from her.  ;)

I am using the Grid Iron with MHC pellets.  I threw the potatoes on with the meatloaf.  Going to start with 45
minutes of smoke then kick it up to 350.

Meatloaf and potatoes are done.

Here's my plate!

Thankfully we made 2 of these loaves as one is almost gone. Will be having sammies tomorrow!  ;)

Looks great, Mike.  I'm the same way with trying to get my wife's meatloaf recipe.  I've found it is easier to just let her prep it and take care of the eating it part myself.
