Beautiful cook Art, congrats on the Blaz'n. I gotta ask, as you were a long time Traeger user and went with the Royal. How do you compare the flavor profiles on the 3? I don't really care about temp swings or left to right variances, it's about the grub!

In my opinion it not the pit that provides the flavor profile of a cook but it is the cook.
 
I base that on my experience in what I see and read, for instances all the wonderful food you and others produce regardless what you use to accomplish the task.

Difference in smokers is options and size and I needed a larger smoker to smoke small pigs and this one will work.

;D You got that right Don.  Some of the rest of the settlement is buying a new lawn tractor to be delivered tomorrow and I am gladly living with the dents.
