Just wanted to say hi. I purchased an SRG about 2 months ago and have been on this site reading up on all the cooking tips and mods. I've only cooked three times on it since things have been busy for Spring. First cook was a mess of wings, then some thighs, and for Easter a boneless leg of lamb. I've had mixed results due to the higher heat range, but I'm getting used to it. I just finished modding the lid, bottom air jets, and smoker box, but haven't cooked on it. I'm anxious to see if the smoke rate is improved, temp. is reduced and more controllable. Anyways, looking forward to getting to know some folks here and learing and sharing.
