Instant Pot Pork Chops and Potatoes
« Reply #-1 on: September 24, 2016, 01:26:42 PM »

Slow cooked some center cut pork loin boneless chops in my Instant Pot yesterday and served with fresh steamed green beans. Coated pot with non-stick cooking spray before layering the bottom with a large sliced red onion. Next layer consisted of thickly sliced 2 large russet potatoes. Seasoned the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Covered pork chops with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms. Slow cooked for 8½ hours. Chops were extremely tender! Simple recipe but none the less deliciously satisfying. I need to use my Instant Pot more often ...

A good thing about instant pot as a slow cooker, is that it makes a non spill carrier when cooked.
