I really don't think I would trade my Camp Chef for any pellet grill. I know at lot of them are better built, but I just  love the grill and the ash dump is iceing on the cake.

The Camp Chef is a solid performer. When I did the review on it all those years ago (3 or 4) it was one of the most fun grills I have ever cooked on.

I am like you, there are "better" grills out there, but I have had great luck in the Traeger,Camp Chef,Pit boss, Green Mountain Grill price range.....hhhmmm...or are they "better"??

It matters little the brand or size of your pellet cooker, but it matters greatly how well you want to learn how to use it  ;D
