I consider myself a BBQ enthusiast. I don't compete. Been smoking on an offset and had a locker style smoker. After 30 years I got tired of tending the fire and decided to go pellet. After a really bad experience with the chargriller, I did my homework and decided on a Grand Slam from Blaz'n Grill Works.
Couldn't be happier. Love reading the great tips here and I look forward to talking to all my brothers and sisters in smoke.
Anybody else here like making jerkey on the grill?
