I have lost track of how many cookers Sparky has owned, bought and sold just in the time he has been on this forum. Who knows how many others. There has to be a name for this disorder, Obsessive Compulsive New Cooker Owner maybe? I know I love learning how to cook on something new and different and if I had the space, money and a wife who would not shoot me I would be doing the same thing.

I think it would be a really great format for this forum since it it's not brand conscious for Sparky and Smoke to post there 5 year history of what grills they bought and why they sold them. Many could learn from these two, as they have bought and sold more than most of us will ever do in a lifetime. I look at these guys like a BBQ soap opera that I just gotta get back to see what they are doing next.

Well said. Sparky has helped me in the past with several pieces of great information and knowledge. Smoke just scares me. ;)

Don't hate the player,hate the game!! :)

I have calmed down by the ball and chain as of late. Using the CB940X for grilling, the PBC for charcoal smoking and when the misses don't want that charcoal flavor we use the electric smoker.............
