I searched fervently for months trying to find a distributor who could order this exact cooker, in this color with all the options, but to no avail. I ended up calling All Things BBQ, and found out they had a red one they just did a limited run on, however, it was only available for in store pick-up. Needless to say, I made the exhaustingly mundane drive out to Wichita, KS from Broomfield, CO last night, and picked up the smoker this morning. As soon as my brother and I, and some random guy name Brian wheeled the smoker off the pickup bed onto solid ground, I seasoned the grill and took advantage of the residual heat from the burn in, and roasted a spatchcocked chicken that my wife prepped with lemon, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary rub, and had the best roast bird I've ever cooked. I will post more as I get to know my pit more. Hopefully, all my posts will be successful cooks!
