That is a great price. Looks like you used gunpowder....nice.I know that you will cut against the grain, but watch your slices because I have found that tri-tip has the grain change a couple of times while I am slicing.
Dang. I'd be arrested in Minnesota for theft at that price. We never see ANY cut of beef below $3.99 a pound
