Left Over Elk Stir Fry Egg Rolls In The Air Fryer
« Reply #-1 on: March 15, 2018, 03:30:22 PM »
Had a lot of elk stir fry leftover so I chopped it all up nice and small. Added more mushrooms to it and some fresh rice. Got the egg roll wraps out and ready to go. This was a experiment so I added some cream cheese to the wrap and then a spoonful of the stirfry  :)

Only did six as I did not know how these will turn out.

Brush them with melted butter

After 8 minutes they needed to be flipped over. Not sure if I like the texture of the wrap compared to deep frying. Might need more brushing of butter during the cook.

Went with 370F for 15 minutes with a brushing of butter half way. Not bad for my first attempt at egg rolls  ;)

Actually to my surprise it was very good. I think maybe needed a few more spices but other than that it was very good. Even my 14 year old said they were good. LOL
