Rainy day cook
« Reply #-1 on: April 24, 2018, 10:55:05 AM »
Been cold and rainy at the house so I wanted comfort food.  Oh yes breaded steak in the air fryer!

Same mix of 50/50 almond flour and Parmesan cheese, with a Little salt and parsley.  Steak dipped in egg wash then dipped in mixtuer ckked for 8 mins on first cook then flipped and 4 mins to brown the other side

the low carb bread is a recipe from Cliff, but I won't give it out unless he gives his OK ;)

I have yes, but this cook I didn't .     It does help to do that for sure, but was HUNGRY and I wanted it right then :D :D :D :D

I did find if i use a Tbs of half & half with the egg it tends to stay on the meat better

The bread was cooked in the microwave not the air fryer
