Sticky Ribs on the DC
« Reply #-1 on: May 05, 2018, 04:15:02 PM »
Had some time to kill before lunch and a pack of baby backs in the fridge.  275 with mustard slather and a savory rub for 1 1/2 hours.  300 wrapped with Parkay, honey, brown sugar and a little bit of a dark BBQ sauce for an hour.  250 for 1/2 hour after unwrapping, pouring the brazing liquid over the ribs and coating with more sauce.  1/2 hour at 150 in the cooker to let it all settle.

Looks great.  I like that fact you were able to cook them in 3 1/2 hours. Might have to try a version of this.
