Texas Short Ribs on the Slow n Sear
« Reply #-1 on: September 22, 2018, 03:34:36 PM »
I finally ordered and received my 1st shipment from Porter Road.

Included in that shipment was a pack of four  "Texas Short Ribs"

Just trimmed them and applied sat to dry brine them.

Tomorrow I plan to cook them on my Weber with the SnS with either some red oak or cherry wood for smoke.

Looking forward to trying them out!!
