Low Carb Beef and Pork Shepherd's Pie

This Low Carb Beef and Pork Shepherd's Pie is my tweak on the old classic recipe topped with a cheesy mashed cauliflower instead of the traditional mashed potato variation. I chose to use a combination of ground beef and pork sausage for that extra twist.

Sure looks good.  I make one quite similar but with one variation -- I put the traditional peas on one half of it and leave them off on the other.  My wife and grandson love Shepherd's Pie but want the peas.  I don't miss them at all and they're high carb so this way everybody's happy.
