Royal Oak briquettes at Walmart
« Reply #-1 on: July 05, 2019, 05:27:31 PM »
Now, The Smoke loves a sale, especially when it is his favorite fuel source!!

They had a few of these at our local Walmart around Memorial Day. I grabbed some bags and really liked them.

You get two 18lb bags for 8.88.   .25 a lb    I can run my PoMan for 1.00 a cook.

You guessed it when they showed up a week before the 4th when they showed up again that I was gonna jump all over it.

Bought myself my own personal pellet of em. I will sleep good tonight  8)

I used to be a Kingsford snob until I tried these Royal Oak briquettes. They and their lump charcoal is all I use now.

Royal Oak briquettes are my favorite.   I just think they have a cleaner flavor than the "blue bag" briquettes.

P.S. If you can't find the "Royal Oak" labeled bags, the Walmart brand is actually Royal Oak.   ;)

Darn. Our store does not get a boat load and they do move quick.

If I see them come back in Stock around Labor Day I will give you a heads up
