A few years ago, IR2DUM took me and Albert on a tour of this facility.  In this video, you'll see some of the same crazy pits and some very cool ones that we saw that day.

Jaxon, I really enjoyed y'all visiting. We had a great time. We ate at all the famous Texas BBQ joints, went to see the restroom's at Bucky's, and toured the famous BBQ Pits by Klose. We met up and had some 'que with Capt Jack. Also, we got to talk and had a long conversation with Ronnie Killen about his BBQ style and a few tricks of the trade. (Ronnie Killen competes favorably with Aaron Franklin in quality of BBQ, and also owns a steak house that is always in the top 5 in America). I had to provide the Nexium and Prilosac because we ate so much. Can't wait to do it again.
