Pizza on the BSK

First up............Pepperoni



Ran the Keg at 650* w/ one stone on SS straps for difuser and 2nd stone on upper grate near the dome.  Took about 10-12 min. per pie



Next........White pizza (Mozz Cheese / fresh garlic / EVOO)

Those look awesome, I want to do some pizza soon. I wonder if one of them pizza joints would sell me the round dough, I have a heck of a time making it round to fit on my pizza stone :)

you got a big steel keg.  I been seeing those at the bbq store.  there lids aren't so heavy like the eggs or the primos.  I like them.  can you divide the inside w/ direct and indirect?  your pizzas look very good.  post more w/ your keg buddy.

Absolutely.  All of the Large BGE accesories fit the BSK.  I use several methods for indirect cooking (CI pizza pan / pizza stone on SS straps / CI wok).

Haven't done a pizza yet on the grill but after seeing yours.............they really look good, if ya have any left I wouldn't mind a slice....or two...or three......
