New to pellet smokers
« Reply #-1 on: April 16, 2013, 09:39:45 PM »
Just ordered the rec tec for my first pellet smoker. I have been grilling and smoking food on a weber for the last 10 years. I never thought I would make the move but the reviews on this grill and the guys that I work with keep bringing in food that is pretty good. I live in Colorado and do most of the cooking in the house. I hope to learn a lot and hopefully throw my two cents in every now and again.
Thanks for having me
Nick

Welcome from Oregon.

As other have stated, pictures are good, but I have found that if I give you my address and you send some samples via Fed Ex it is even better....  ;D   ;D
Everyone is good at something....
I just happen to be a good bad example.
