Wanted some burgers but all we had left in the fridge was some pork shoulder so pork burgers it is. Pretty simple, ground pork and some all purpose rub I make with brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and jalapeno. Then I put a little chopped poblano and vidalia onion on top and then cover with some smoked pepperjack at the end.
