Oven cooked Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: June 09, 2013, 11:29:18 AM »
Was going to do a rack of ribs on one of the grills today but the weather didn’t agree with my plans. So I decided to give the oven a go for this cook.

Ribs rubbed with some KC rub, beer bath and foiled in the 280 oven for an hour.

After the first hour I put them on a rack above the beer and juices. Letting it go for another hour before checking on them.

More to come…..

Hour two and the ribs are starting to get some color and pull from the bones.
